On November 13, 2012, Moody Radio South & The Chamber of Commerce West Alabama presented the Difference Maker Award to Ms. Sylvia Brown, Executive Director, and staff of MedNet West, Inc. MedNet West, Inc. was selected in recognition of its efforts to truly make a difference in the community. MedNet West, Inc. is appreciated for making Tuscaloosa and the West Alabama area a better place to live and raise families. Ms. Brown graciously accepted the award stating, "The award is truly for her staff as they are the ones going out everyday making the real difference in patients' lives."
